Nite 2 Unite
As many of you may know, the first Tuesday in August is National Neighborhood Night Out, or “Nite 2 Unite.” I hope that you all enjoyed getting to know your neighbors better this past Tuesday evening. And I hope that you had a chance to get to know your local peace officers too! Across Minnesota, our law enforcement professionals took time to stop at all their local neighborhood events and meet those they protect and serve every day.
I am so thankful to each of the officers across our state for building these positive relationships with everyone in their communities – especially the youngest members! Below are just a few features of officers and residents from Tuesday night. I encourage you to support your own local departments as well! And if you missed the festivities Tuesday night, mark your calendars for the first Tuesday night in August of 2022!
