Contributions to Emmer for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Corporate, foreign, labor union, federally chartered banks, and federal government contractor contributions are prohibited by law. Federal election law requires us to report the name, address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contribution exceeds $200 in an election cycle. The maximum an individual may contribute is $2900 for the primary election and an additional $2900 for the general election.
